Our Rules are pretty amazing when you read them. Did you know that the Rules are written to preserve and protect the ambiance, character, theme, amenities, and value of our beautiful Evergreen homes? Sure, some of the Rules seem to be a little “hard to swallow” at times, but their reasoning is solid, and they are what we all agreed to when we bought our homes. Living in a common interest development is special and certainly not for everyone. What made you choose to live here? What attracted you to a planned community? Evergreen and Northpark is truly a great place to call “home”. Every house on every street has been designed expressly for Northpark so that all the neighborhoods blend seamlessly. Think about it. No one wants to see their neighbor’s patio cover painted pink, or any other color that clashes with the neighborhood’s style. Nor, would anyone want to look at plastic cafe awnings over windows and doors. How about commercial vehicles parked in front of your home, someone playing basketball behind your garage, or looking out your window and staring at trash cans in another yard? Fortunately for all of us, Evergreen and Northpark Rules don’t allow that. The Rules are enforced equitably so that every resident can enjoy the beauty, safety, and amenities of the community, and help ensure that homeowners’ property values increase over time. Pretty good when you think about it!
