IMPORTANT NOTICE TO EVERGREEN RESIDENTS. All streets in Evergreen will receive seal coat treatment on September 24th through 27th. Streets will be closed to all vehicles and pedestrians. Access to and from garages will not be possible. Notices regarding the schedule and work-flow will be posted throughout the community. Traffic delineators will be placed to control access. Seal coating the asphalt will be performed in two Phases. This Map depicts the closures during each Phase.
Phase 1 – Streets closed to all vehicles from 7:00 am Tuesday through 5:00 pm Wednesday
Phase 2 – Streets closed to all vehicles from 7:00 am Thursday through 5:00 pm Friday
During the project, street parking and vehicle traffic WILL BE DISRUPTED. If you are expecting house guests, mail, deliveries, pickups, or other services, PLEASE let them know that access to your home will not be possible during the project. Residents should plan on parking outside Evergreen on Northpark streets, such as Spring Valley and Morro Bay. The goal of the Board of Directors is to accomplish the necessary seal coating with as little inconvenience as possible to residents. Everyone is expected to cooperate. More information will follow.
