The Board of Directors met on February 27, 2025, and among the items discussed was the need to revise the Satellite Dish Policy in the Rules & Regulations. The Board proposes to adopt clearer guidelines regarding the installation and subsequent removal of satellite dishes on Evergreen homes. The changes as proposed are reflected here in bold. (Anything not in bold is already adopted and in effect as part of the Association Rules.)
In accordance with Civil Code, the proposed rule change has been posted in full online on evergreennorthpark.com. Please take the time to review this when you have a chance. If you would prefer to receive a hard copy, please make such request through management and we would be happy to accommodate your request.
We welcome any feedback you may have on this action. The Board will be voting on the matter at the March 27 Board meeting. All owners are welcome to attend the meeting and submit feedback in person at that time, or to email their comments to management in advance via bridget@ch-pm.com. If adopted as presented, all owners will be notified and the changes will go into effect 30 days thereafter.
