Evergreen Residents may not remove or replace Builder installed lighting. The purpose of Evergreen and Northpark Architectural guidelines is to provide continuity for the physical character throughout the community. The Guidelines are also designed to preserve a high quality appearance, assure compatibility of improvements, and to protect and enhance the Community’s overall value. Some Evergreen residents have been making changes to exterior lighting and also adding new fixtures without first obtaining HOA approval. The Evergreen Community Manager conducts monthly site inspections and has been identifying homes which are not in compliance with Architectural Rules. Making unauthorized changes may result in fines and removal of fixtures. All Residents are reminded that all exterior changes and installations must be submitted to Evergreen HOA before commencing with any work. Let’s all cooperate and work together toward maintaining Evergreen’s architectural theme and design. Please refer to Evergreen’s Pre-Approved Improvements list.
